    A Frozen Fire Marketing Account Manager has 2-4 years of client management experience in project/campaign management and execution and is looking to join a fast paced, growing business. You will be responsible for managing the creation and implementation of strategies across a wide range of platforms and systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Brand stewardship for clients – understand and align oneself with clients’ vision, messaging and business goals
    • Create quarterly strategy tactics and execute
    • Maintain a consistent and clear form of communication with clients and team members across all information mediums
    • Write and edit content for the digital space that aligns with client’s strategy – Common content includes: blogs, website copy, and social media posts and engagement
    • Project management – organize project goals and provide follow up support to ensure that project assets are created and delivered correctly

    Videographer / Editor

    A Frozen Fire Videographer/Editor has a creative eye for compelling storytelling, shot composition, lighting and detail. They are a master of all trades in video production and takes on every project with a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Concept, storyboard, direct, shoot and edit using in-house equipment; assist with script development; capture new footage and apply effects; assemble/edit materials including graphics, photography, dialogue, existing footage, and sound effects
    • Handle administrative responsibilities associated with projects including organization of file information, video assets and audio and video archive
    • In-depth knowledge of Adobe applications (Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • In-depth knowledge of video production gear (DSLR cameras, lights, audio gear, drone)
    • Lighting and camera experience both on location and in studio settings
    • Comprehensive understanding of video development and production, and streamlining process for maximum efficiency
    • Experience mixing audio, selecting music tracks and color correcting footage

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Video/Film or other related field or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 5-years of experience as an editor for video/film and/or multimedia productions

    Producer

    A Frozen Fire producer is a talented project manager with a high level of multitasking, organization, and time management skills. Frozen Fire is looking for a charismatic problem solver who enjoys managing several projects at once and being responsible for the successful execution of the vision for each video project.

    Responsibilities

    • Act as liaison between the sales team, clients, and video production crew to oversee all video projects
    • Act as the point of contact for the client from kick-off to completion of each video project
    • Project management; organize project goals and ensure the successful completion of video projects that fits the clients’ vision at a high-quality level
    • Manage the production and post-production schedules of the video production team
    • Create scripts, production schedules, storyboards and shot lists as needed
    • Rent and organize gear for each shoot
    • Act as a problem-solver on set and throughout the production process
    • Facilitate all video shoots including assisting with set up and troubleshooting any problems that arise
    • Conduct on-camera interviews with the ultimate narrative in mind; guide and direct the interview to pull the best performance from subjects
    • Manage the post-production process to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly
    • Meet in-person with the video production team frequently to ensure editing expectations are thoroughly understood prior to beginning edits
    • Quality control all edits; review all edits before sending out and act as the gatekeeper to ensure edits and revisions are client-ready
    • Interpret client expectations and revisions; understand client feedback before sending it to the editors and make suggestions to get the best possible final edit
    • Work with contractors on an as-needed basis throughout the entire production process and be able to communicate the needs of the client and crew
    • Follow video process and procedures while simultaneously and constantly improving upon and updating those processes
    • Network with potential clients; have an understanding of Frozen Fire’s marketing and video services
    • Network with potential contractor partners; keeping the contractor pipeline full and nurtured at all times

    Qualifications

    • At least two years of experience in the video production industry
    • High level of written and verbal communication
    • Professional demeanor; comfortable interacting with clients in person, as well as via e-mail and on the phone
    • Organized and detail-oriented; able to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and deadlines
    • Go-getter attitude; someone that will do what it takes to get the job done well
