The candidate accepted for this position may work out of our Dallas or Denver office.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Marketing Account Manager in all aspects of account management
    • Maintain a consistent and clear form of communication with clients and team members across all information mediums
    • Write and edit content for the digital space that aligns with client’s strategy – Common content includes: blogs, website copy, and social media posts and engagement
    • Project management – organize project goals and provide follow up support to ensure that project assets are created and delivered correctly
    • Research and analytical tasks – find and communicate the vital points of a subject
    • Assisting with digital and print brand management for clients
    • Miscellaneous account management tasks including monthly reporting and website auditing
    • Attack problems or questions systematically to find the best solution or answer

    Qualifications

    • COMMON SENSE
    • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field preferred
    • Zero to two years of client management experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
    • Strong writer in both short and long-form mediums
    • Logical, process-oriented person, who is effective and strategically contributes to campaigns
    • Highly analytical and creative thinker comfortable working with ambiguity
    • Professional demeanor; comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients
    • Demonstrates the ability to successfully collaborate with various team environments with dynamic priorities and meet deadlines

    Videographer/ Editor

    A Frozen Fire Videographer/Editor has a creative eye for compelling storytelling, shot composition, lighting and detail. They are a master of all trades in video production and takes on every project with a positive attitude.

    Responsibilities

    • Direct, shoot and edit using in-house equipment; assist with script development; capture new footage and apply effects; assemble/edit materials including graphics, photography, dialogue, existing footage, and sound effects
    • Handle administrative responsibilities associated with projects including organization of file information, video assets and audio and video archive
    • In-depth knowledge of Adobe applications (Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • In-depth knowledge of video production gear (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lights, audio gear, drone)
    • Lighting and camera experience both on location and in studio settings
    • Comprehensive understanding of video development and production, and streamlining process for maximum efficiency
    • Experience mixing audio, selecting music tracks and color correcting footage

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Video/Film or other related field or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an editor for video/film and/or multimedia productions
    • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
    • Expert project and time management skills
    • Able to work and communicate within a team structure while able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Position includes travel around the DFW area and some travel out of state

    • Create quarterly strategy tactics and execute
    • Maintain a consistent and clear form of communication with clients and team members across all information mediums
