Assistant Account Manager | Colorado
A Frozen Fire Assistant Account Manager is: self-motivated, detail-oriented and driven to constantly learn and improve. Frozen Fire is looking for someone who wants to learn fast, take on responsibility, and progress quickly within their entry level marketing job here in Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Account Manager in all aspects of account management
- Maintain a consistent and clear form of communication with clients and team members across all information mediums
- Write and edit content for the digital space that aligns with client’s strategy – Common content includes: blogs, website copy, and social media posts and engagement
- Project management – organize project goals and provide follow up support to ensure that project assets are created and delivered correctly
- Research and analytical tasks – find and communicate the vital points of a subject
- Assisting with digital and print brand management for clients
- Miscellaneous account management tasks including monthly reporting and website auditing
- Attack problems or questions systematically to find the best solution or answer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field preferred
- Zero to two years of client management experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Logical, process-oriented person, who is effective and strategically contributes to campaigns
- Highly analytical and creative thinker comfortable working with ambiguity
- Professional demeanor; comfortable presenting to and interacting directly with clients
- Demonstrates the ability to successfully collaborate with various team environments with dynamic priorities and meeting deadlines
- Quick-witted, understanding and offering solutions in regards to various responsibilities
- Highly customer service focused
- Organized and detailed oriented to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accountable to meet deadlines and commitments
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization
- Working knowledge of social media platforms as well as trends – including but not limited to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Instagram
