Each submission automatically triggers an email to the manager with embedded Approve and Deny buttons, allowing decisions to be made instantly without entering another system.

Denials include required reasoning, ensuring clarity and accountability on both sides.

Integrate the Ecosystem

Upon approval, PTO balances are automatically recalculated, rebalanced, and logged in real time, with the approved time added directly to a shared Google Calendar.

This created a single source of truth across payroll, scheduling, and team visibility.
